So as to complement the Grand Park Hotel indulgence that you enjoy in all other areas of our services, we serve up special pleasures for your palate. Every day you can select a 5-course meal and once a week a 7-course Gala Dinner with culinary delights is going to make your evening a particular holiday highlight. Master Chef, Franz Huick, lets his creativity run free, combines novel and exotic ideas with old favourites, without going overboard. What marks all meals are the quality ingredients used, the fact that they are based on the time of year in question and the loving preparation - which becomes obvious in the little details. In order to complement these culinary 'compositions', a quality wine is a must. Our wine bar contains select wines from all over the world, but particularly from Austria.
