Shiatsu is a type of massage that originated in the East and that gently harmonizes and revitalized the body, mind and soul. Literally translated Shiatsu means pressure of the finger or thumb. By putting pressure on certain parts of the body soothing reactions and gentle changes of the body functions are induced. Blockages are unblocked, energy deficiencies removed and self-healing properties are unleashed.
As the name suggests, the La Stone Therapy uses stones as its key element. It represents a combination therapy, combining massage, energy healing, the soothing effects of hot basalt stones and cold marble stones and warm essential oils. Right from the beginning you'll feel a relaxing, de-stressing and yet revitalizing strength emanating from the stones.
